Patients are responsible for ensuring a private and safe environment during their telehealth sessions. Appointments can be booked through our patient portal, email, or phone. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel to avoid a missed-appointment fee. Mindspark Health may also reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

We accept select insurance plans and offer self-pay options. Payment is expected at the time of service, whether through insurance copay, deductible, or self-pay. Any insurance reimbursement is between the patient and the insurance provider. Mindspark Health may order labs through Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, or specialty laboratories. Lab results are used to guide your personalized functional health plan. Patients are responsible for any lab fees not covered by insurance.

Your personal health information is confidential and protected under HIPAA.
